Aeration removes cores, or plugs, of soil from your lawn giving valuable water, air, and nutrients direct access to the lawn’s root zone. This process accelerates nutrient absorbtion and as a result, the greening of your lawn.

Thatching removes layers of accumulated dead turf from the lawn. If left untreated, this dead material will prevent water, nutrients and air from reaching the root zone. In addition, thatch is hydrophobic – meaning it repels water! Thatch-filled lawns tend to need twice as much or more water to maintain their green appearance. Irrigation water can typically be seen running down the street – flowing wastefully away from the lawn it was orginally applied.

After the debris are removed, the lawns are fertilized, limed, and seeded. To top it all off, lawns are given a finish mow, leaving them trimmed and sharp, not tattered and scarred like other companies.
