(I Accept and Agree to Service Terms) Base service includes: Weekly mowing and edging, fertilizer as needed, blowing of patios and walks. Base service fee starts at $45 per week for most lots in town and includes up to 25 min labor for the above services. Services outside the base will be billed in addition to the weekly service rate. Your monthly fee is based on a 31 week service period (April - October), then divided by 7 months to result in your monthly service rate. (31 x 45 =$1,395/7= $199 per month). Your fee will be prorated if you do not meet a full season. Invoices are submitted at the beginning of a month of service. Invoices are due no later than the end of the month. Failure to remit payment on time will result in suspension of service and incur a $35 late charge. Past due, current due, and late charge must be paid to re-instate service. Service date shall be determined at Green by Nature's discretion. Green by Nature may choose to substitute alternate service in lieu of mowing, at our discretion, based on site conditions. Property inaccessibility due to factors beyond our control (weather, painting, loose pets, etc.), will still result in a weekly service charge. Delays due to weather, equipment, staff illness, etc. will be rescheduled or posted as a credit to your account.
