Service Description

You may order thatching or aerating as separate services.

Lawns will be thatched and aerated based on your service selection. Lawns will also be mown and edged, for best, neat and clean appearance. If you are only having your lawn aerated, not all plugs will be collected.

All options come with fertilizer included as a madatory feature.

Full Service: Lawns will be fertilized, limed, and over-seeded.

Fees

Full Service – Minimum service fee is: $280 and includes all the above items and the first 2.5 man-hours (about 3,000 square feet of turf). Additional time will be billed at the rate of $45 per man, per hour. Invoice will be provided upon completion via email.

Aeration only – Minimum service fee is $125 and includes .5 man-hours of labor: lawn aeration, lawn mowing, fertilization. Additional time will be billed at the rate of $45 per man, per hour. Invoice will be provided upon completion via email.

Thatching only – Minimum service fee is $180 and includes 2 man-hours of labor. Additional time will be billed at the rate of $45 per man, per hour. Invoice will be provided upon completion via email.
