The Landscaping Process

Phase 1. Initial Meeting. Green by Nature is a relationship-oriented company. After you have submitted a request for landscaping services through our form, we will contact you to set up an initial meeting. During this meeting, we will get to know one another, gain a clear understanding of the project scope, and decided whether we want to move onto the next phase of the process. Phase 2. Site Plans. Depending on the size and scope of the project, we will order and site plan and evaluation of your property for the landscaping project being considered. Plans typically cost $300-600 depending on the size of the project. Projects with estimated values of less than $3,000 may not be subject to site plans. Phase 3. Project Proposal. We will present the site plan to you for review, ensuring you are completely satisfied with the direction the project is planning to go. After you have accepted the plans, we will begin the bidding process and presenting you with a proposal for the landscape project proposed. Phase 4. Proposal acceptance. You will be presented with a proposal for labor and materials costs. Upon acceptance of the proposal, you will be required to pay a deposit, the amount to be stipulated in the proposal, but typically not less than 50% of the total projected cost. Phase 5. Project commencement. Materials will be delivered to your property. We will work with you to arrange temporary street parking, or accommodate special needs you may have concerning the property. If, at any time during the construction phase of the project, you decide to change part of the plan, we encourage you to do so. It is your landscape and you need to be completely satisfied with it. This may result in a delay and/or an additional cost. Phase 6. Completion. Once the project is completed, we will walk the site with you, ensuring quality of installation, and your satisfaction of the products and materials installed. If we find anything substandard or defective, it will be noted, repaired or replaced at no additional cost. Phase 7. Complete Satisfaction. Our mission is to provide you with an exceptional experience and exceptional results. If you are not fully satisfied with our work, then we have not done our job.
